We are sad to announce that on May 4, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Donald Frederick Shannik (Belleville, Ontario). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Shannik and Annie Shannik; his siblings, Beth Eros and Harold Shannik; his close friends, Daphne Simpson and Mattie Smith; and the mother of his children Beverley McDonald.

He is survived by: his children, Robert Shannik (Cathy) of Belleville, Susanne Painchaud (Bill Muzzell) of Plainfield and Anne-Marie Shannik (Cory Hall) of Frankford; his grandchildren, Jason Shannik (Krista), Kimberly Johnson (Thor), Amy-Lynn Acker (Nick), Lindsay Clancy (Evan), Christopher Painchaud (Danielle), John Huston and Julian Huston; and his great grandchildren, Sage, Kaitlyn, Cody, Riley, Brooke-Lynn, Jordyn, Shaylyn, Caterina, Makenia and Jacob.
