He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Lumley and Alice Lumley; his wife Mary Edith Sarah Lumley; and his brothers, Ross (late Mary), Lawrence and Allen (late Wanda).

He is survived by: his children, Shawn (Lorisa) of Belleville and Shane of Belleville; his grandchildren, Brady, Daniel, Charlee, Kirsten and Austin; his great grandchild Arthur; and his sisters, Doris Woodall (late Harold) and Doreen Downey (Gary).
