She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Young and Ethel Young; her son Gregory; and her sisters, Marjorie Knight and Joan Buckley.

She is survived by: her children, Lynn DeBruyn (Peter), Wayne (late Barbara) and Kevin (Sherry); her grandchildren, Tara (Pat), Janet, Aaron (Valerie) and Janeanne (Troy); and her great grandchildren, Colin, Ashley, Lindsay, Coleman and Jaeleane.
