It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothea Hinze (Belleville, Ontario), who passed away on January 1, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Goodfellow and Lena McGrath; her stepfather Art Smith; and her brothers, Douglas Goodfellow (Dorothy) and Donald Goodfellow (late Pat).

She is survived by: her husband Edmund Hinze; her children, Rodney Hinze (Carol) and Cora McKay (Bob); her grandchildren, Shawn McKay, Ryan McKay, Jeremy Hinze and Brad Hinze; and her great grandchildren, Declan, Ava, Jackson and Parker.

If desired, donations to the Belleville General Hospital Foundation Oncology Department would be greatly appreciated by the family.
