Dorothy leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Dorothy’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Dorothy will carry forward her memory in their hearts.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harmon Yerrow and Orrill Yerrow; and her husband John McCormick. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl McDonald, Mary Lou Royea, Donna Harrison (David Taylor), Mike McCormick (Georgina) and Jim McCormick (Donna). She is also survived by her many Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and Great Great Grandchildren.

A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Queen of the Most Holy Rosary Church (169 N Park St, Belleville, ON K8P4P1). A burial will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Salem Cemetery.
