He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jan Nelissen and Nelly Nelissen; his wife Carolyn Goodwin-Nelissen; his children, Deanna Houser (Matt), Dustin Nelissen (Shanyn) and Kandi Thompson (Dean); his siblings, Wayne Nelissen (Natalia), Pam Field (Patrick) and Janine Armstrong; and his grandchildren, Lauren Houser, Matthew Thompson, Patrick Thompson, Courtney Genereaux and Mitchell Genereaux.
