Duncan will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honour Duncan by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though Duncan is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Duncan’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was predeceased by: his sister Sheila Kulker. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn; and his children, Leighsa Cuthill, John MacDonald (Christina) and Tara Jones.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Steele Funeral Home (30 Moira St W, Belleville, ON K8P1S2). A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Quinte Event Centre (490 Dundas St W, Belleville, ON K8P1B7). A burial was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Elmwood Cemetery (412 River Rd, Corbyville, ON K0K1V0).
