He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Milliken; his children, Bruce, Jane Blakely, Dorothy Cameron and Mary; his sibling Marion Ewasko of Waterloo; and his grandchildren, Reilly, Russell, Patricia Blakely, Graham, Annie Cameron, Laura Gibbons, Katie Buckley, Emily and Daniel Milliken.
