She was predeceased by: her parents, George Alvin Teskey and Mabel; her husband Donald Verner; her son Tom; and her siblings, Jim and Leona.
She is survived by: her children, Mike (Kelly), Kimberley Ostroskie (Philip), Rachelle Verner-Cain (Gerry), Greg Verner (Shane) and Vicky Verner (late Rick Wight); and her sisters, Barbara (late Jim), Charmaine (late Gerry), Norma (Harry) and Elaine.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Rushnell Funeral Homes - Belleville (80 Highland Ave, Belleville, ON K8P3R4). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Cherry Valley Cemetery (1699 County Rd 10, Cherry Valley, ON K0K1P0).
