He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Crawford and Catherine Crawford; and his siblings, Percy Crawford, Marion Masters, Ilene Downer, Betty Dougherty, Marjorie Brooks, Jean Trudeau and Carol Watson.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Crawford; his daughters, Mary Beth Poole (Tracy) of Shannonville and Dawn Marie Poole (Edward) of Prince Albert, SK.; his grandchildren, Sarah Poole (Cassie), Jacob Poole (Michelle), Joseph Poole (Marra) and Kaitlin Poole (Earl); and his brothers, Bernard Crawford (Bev) of Springbrook and Ronald Crawford (late Loraine) of Deseronto.

Visitation was held on Friday, February 27th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Steele Funeral Home (30 Moira St W, Belleville, ON K8P1S2). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 27th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
