He was predeceased by: his adoptive parents, David Todd and Sarah Todd of Glasgow Scotland; and his mother Sarah Ritchie Brown of Houndslow England. He is survived by: his significant other Judy; his brother Alan Brown of Pryford England; his cousin Alan Ritchie; his mother Margaret Ritchie of Johnstone Scotland; his brothers-in-law, James Phelps (Betty) of Burlington Ontario and Bill Phelps; and his child Keep Kids Warm.
