He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Burn and Nellie Burn; and his sister Janice. He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his child Tracey Lynn Forbes (Matthew) of Belleville; his grandchildren, Mackenzie and Marcus; and his siblings, Judy Weddel (late Ken) of Ajax, David (Jean) of Belleville, Allan (late Rosalee) of Campbellford and Robert (Sherry) of Belleville. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
