He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Robertson and Lizzy Robertson; his wife Frances Robertson; his siblings, Bessie Tufts (Arthur), Ruby Kilpatrick (Vernon), Madeline Vader (Nelson), Calvin Robertson (Doris) and Gordon Robertson; and his siblings' children, Luella Hannah and John Kilpatrick.

He is survived by: his nephew Doug Vader (Janice Stafford); and his family Floyd.
