Frances Foster Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Foster of Belleville, Ontario, who passed away on June 8, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Frances Foster to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorne Foster and Bertha Foster; her son Kenny Noyes; and her siblings, Rita, Lorna, Ruth, Raymond, Kenneth, Leonard and Carman.

She is survived by: her daughter Bonnie Burshaw (Noyes); her grandsons, Todd Burshaw and John Burshaw (Kim); her great grandchildren, Stephanie Smith (Anne) and Anthony Burshaw (Krystal); her great great grandchildren, Madason, Taylor and Sophia; and her sister Shirley Hill. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
