Francois Marc J. Roy Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francois Marc J. Roy (Belleville, Ontario), who passed away on October 11, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Francois leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He is survived by: his significant other Erick; and his siblings, Mario (Andrèe), Yves (Suzanne), Martine (Sean), Christian (Genevieve) and Mariie Josèe (Carlo). He is also survived by his parents, siblings, their spouses, nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, as well as his extended family.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Steele Funeral Home (30 Moira St W, Belleville, ON K8P1S2). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the same location.
If desired, Memorial Donations may be made to the Belleville General Hospital Foundation – Oncology, Sandy Pines Wildlife Centre or to the Humane Society would be a fitting tribute to Frank's memory.
