It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Fred Locking of Belleville, Ontario, who passed away on August 23, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Locking and Jean Locking. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer "Jen" Locking; and his brother-in-law Paul (Wendy). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
