With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fred W. Herkert (Belleville, Ontario), who passed away on February 17, 2020 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Josef Herkert and Frieda Herkert (Jenninger); and his wife Rita. He is survived by: his children, Christine and Fred (Pam); and his grandchildren, Ashley, Brittany and Tyler.

He generously supported numerous charities including the Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick and the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation to name a few.
