He was predeceased by : his spouse Vaunga (Brimley); his parents, Agnes Mary Anderson and Dunham Noxon Foster; and his siblings, Eleanor Parks (Ross), Dr. Paul Foster, Barb McCreary (Garth), Noxon Foster (Shirley) and Dr. Maurice Foster (Janet).

He is survived by : his sisters-in-law, Marilyn Williams and Margaret Blakely; and his friend Marilyn Fox. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
