We are sad to announce that, on January 5, 2026, Gary Carter (Belleville, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Carter and Marilyn Carter (Morrison). He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his sister Deborah Shea (Albert); his daughter Tiffany Marchant (Paul); his grandchildren, Emma and Jimmy Marchant; his nephews, Darren (Janna) and Derrick (Shelby); his niece Nicole Shea; and his close friends, Rick West (Donna) and Mark Arike (Jen). He is also survived by son uncles, aunts and many cousins.

Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Northumberland Hills Hospital or Ed's House Northumberland Hospice Care Centre, Cobourg.
