He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Kemp and Verna Kemp; his daughter Tammy Kemp; and his brother Ron Hall. He is survived by: his spouse Jean Kemp; his children, Brenda Webb (Steven) and Shelly Scaletta (Shawn); his grandchildren, Blane, Josh, Jenna, Josie, Drew and Brady; and his great grandchildren, Domanic, Cameron, Mia, Eva, Braydon, Grace, Jayne and Jayce. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
