He was predeceased by: his parents, Priscilla Preston and Harold Preston; and his siblings, Bud Preston, Bill Preston, Jim Preston, Tom Preston and Margaret Robson.
He is survived by: his wife Katherine Preston; his sons, Patrick Preston (Jenni) of Nanaimo, BC and Daniel Preston (Tammy) of Brockville, ON.; his grandchildren, Brittany, Lauren, Nicole, Jordyn, Brody, Cadence, Jordan and Jayden; and his great grandchildren, Hope, Hunter, Violet, Phoebe, Sawyer, Piper and Marleigh.
