She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Essensa (Piercy) and Gardiner Essensa; her spouse Lindy Joseph Muise; her siblings, Tina, Bertha, Lawrence, Earl, Bunn, Donald and Raymond; and her son Randy.

She is survived by: her children, Brenda Caverly (Rob) and Kevin Muise (Jackie); her grandchildren, Tiffany (Chris), Nick (Andrea), Brittlynn (Jeremy) and Jonathan (Courtney); her great grandchildren, Madeline, Aiden and Lucas; and her sisters, Margaret and Shirley of New Brunswick. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
