He is survived by: his wife Joan Flindall; his children, Korin Flindall (Grant), Kirk Flindall, Laurie-Anne Thompson (Mike) and Craig Flindall; his grandchildren, Jenica Brady (Orin), Cole Walker (Sophie) and Morgan Thompson; and his great grandchildren, Kallum Brady, Kade Brady and Guinness Walker. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
