She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilhem and Marie; and her siblings, Arno Giesa and Sigfried Giesa. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Whalen (Kevin), Marina Kennedy (Glenn), Jenny Sirard (Mario), Tina Tardif, Ralf Weber, Perta Giesa, Arno Giesa and Linda Barron (Mark); and her grandchildren, Scott Goodmurphy, Sarah Whalen, Amanda Whalen, Gary Pflaumer and David Hamguien.
