He is survived by: his spouse Jean (Veldhuis); his children, John, Linda Veenstra, Mike, Joanne Veenstra, Margaret, Allen Koopmans, Marianne, Brad Willcock, Harry and Evelyn Veenstra; and his sister Gail Wemekamp.
