With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Horatio Ranjith Janaratne of Belleville, Ontario, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Horatio left this world on December 8, 2025 at the age of 82, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Horatio is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He was predeceased by: his wife Janina. He is survived by: his sister Charlotte Bulathsinghala; and his sibling's children, Zana Mariano and Prabath. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Burke Funeral Home (150 Church St, Belleville, ON K8N3B9).
