It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Allan Pulver (Belleville, Ontario), who passed away on January 24, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, David Winston and Flossie Irene Pulver of Rednersville; his spouse Ellie; his sibling Beverly (Belleville); his cousin Margaret (Peterborough); his stepdaughters, Lise Lafontaine, Dorothy Luebke (Sven) and Rachelle Davidson (Colin); and his granddaughters, Makayla, Mackenzie and Amelia.
