He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon T. Irwin and Marjorie Irwin (Steenburgh); and his brother James R. Irwin. He is survived by: his wife Laurel (Johnson); his children, Gord of Belleville and Tammy Irwin of Belleville; and his siblings, Gordon Irwin (Pat) of Grafton, David Irwin (Damaris) of Belleville, Clifford Irwin (Lynn) of Stirling and Linda Baker of Belleville.
