He was predeceased by his wife Joyce, of 65 years, as well as his parents Carlo & Ellen Santarelli and his siblings, Norma, Ruth and Donald. Jack is survived by his daughter Barbara-Jo, son-in-law Bob Clute, his grandson Rob & his wife Angela as well as his three great grandsons Connor, Pierson & Keaton.
