James Hill Obituary

We bid farewell to James Hill (Belleville, Ontario), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 22, 2025 at the age of 83. James touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hill and Bertha Hill (VanNess); his children, George James Anthony (Tony) and Angela; his siblings, Rita Connor, Charles Hill, Patricia Parker and Marion Davidson; and his wife Judith.

He is survived by: his children, Dale Hill (Sonja), Andrea Colbourne (David), Trevor Hill (Amanda), Jody, Jillian, Tracy Monroe (Jim) and Derek (Christine King); his grandchildren, Jesse (Vannessa) and Rebecca (Jimmy); his great grandchildren, Katie, Lily, Kye, Dominik and Madelyn; and his close friend Geri Wilson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the Hill family asks for donations to be made to the CHEO foundation in memory of "James and Tony Hill" (Be a Hero for CHEO - CHEO Foundation) or the St. Clement Padres Emergency Fund which helps CAF members and veterans in need.
