As we bid adieu to Janet's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Janet has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Knowlton and Emma Knowlton. She is survived by: her husband James "Frank" Kentfield; and her siblings, Barry Knowlton (Susan), Karen Knowlton, Jamie Knowlton (late Juliet), Susan Derjugin (Mark), Richard Kentfield (Cindy), Mark Kentfield (Cathy), Lawrence Kentfield (Dianna) and Valerie Rabitaille (Paul).

If desired, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, the Belleville General Hospital foundation and/or to the Humane Society of Hastings and Prince Edward would be greatly appreciated by the family.
