She was predeceased by: her parents, John Elliott and Elsie Elliott. She is survived by: her spouse Wally; her children, Sonia Goltz (Jen Hole) of Kingston and Mark Goltz (Juliana Lacelle) of Ottawa; her grandchildren, Owen, Callan and Ocean; and her siblings, Tammy Cleveland, John Elliott, Bill Elliott and Shayne Elliott. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.

If desired, donations in Joanne's memory to the Multiple Sclerosis Society would be appreciated by the family.
