He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jan Postma and Pietje Postma; his son David Postma; and his siblings, Bill Postma (Karen), Ria van der Belt (Berend), Aafke Couperus (Bouke), Herman Postma (Taapke), Audrey Story (late Humphrey), Shirley Brueker (Benny) and Aaltje Tijink (late Herman).
