He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Ruth Thomlinson; his children, Brian (Tami), Lee Anne Suddard (Mark), Eric Thomlinson (Kim) and Bruce Thomlinson (Elaine); his sibling Patricia Gale (John); his grandchildren, Justin, Adam, Midori, Josh, Erika, Brad, Braydon and Ryan; and his great grandchildren, Hailey, Maverick and Norah.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Belleville General Hospital Foundation (Emergency Department) or Kingston Health Sciences Centre (Cardiology Unit) would be appreciated by the family.
