He is survived by: his stepfather Charles Robinson; his wife Barbara Joan Gartner (Wood); his daughter Jackie Gartner-Schmidt; his sister Nancy Henshaw; his grandson Greg Schmidt; his son-in-law Jeff Schmidt; his sister-in-law Laura Gartner; his nieces and nephews, Sean (Sheri), Laura, Ray Gartner (Amy), Craig (Dawn), Steve Henshaw (Ambere), Dawn Harris (Terry), Marshall Wood (Rosemarie) and Wanda Quirk (Denny); and his stepnephews, Dave and Mike Borowsky.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Burke Funeral Home (150 Church St, Belleville, ON K8N3B9).
