It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Kenneth Baxter (Belleville, Ontario), who passed away on June 7, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Digby Baxter and Viola Baxter; his wife Joan Baxter; and his siblings, Pauline, Edward, Bernard and James.

He is survived by: his children, Susan DesRochers (Robert), Penny Baxter, Tina Scharley (Douglas), Jennifer Baxter, Paul Baxter (Julie), Christopher Baxter and Peter Baxter. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, 1 great great granddaughter, and many nieces and nephews.

If desired, memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family. Donations are being accepted for: HEART STROKE FOUNDATION ONTARIO (HEART AND STROKE FOUNDATION OF ONTARIO).
