He was predeceased by : his son Paul Fong. He is survived by : his spouse Sau Fong; his children, John Fong (Fran), Peter Fong, Chung Yeung Fong (Louise), Debbie Fong and Po Chu Fong; his brother Yat Foo Fong; and his grandchildren, Amy, Laura, Kevin and Aven.
