The memory of Kathleen Neill of Belleville, Ontario, who passed away on April 26, 2025 at the age of 85, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Smyth and Kathleen Smyth; her husband Harold Neill; and her sister Ann McMinn (late Stewart). She is survived by: her siblings-in-law, Billy (Janet) and Muriel; her friends, Marion, Carol and Jane; and her pets, Shelties and Collies. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and her entire extended family.
