He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Bradley (Leslie), Gwendolyn (Jamie) and Evelyn; his stepsons, Mark (Tina) and Craig (Nanako); his close friend David; his grandchildren, Nicole (Adam), Shannon, Cameron, Cadence, Colby, Quillan, Vanessa, Jared, Kokone, Ozora and Maximina; his siblings, Clare (Barbara), Carl (late Bea) and Raymond (Lynn); and his sister-in-law Linda.
The family has requested anyone attending to wear a face mask.
