He was predeceased by: his brother Bev Johnston; and his parents, Thomas Johnston and Iva Johnston. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Swartman; his daughters, Melanie Quinn (Thomas) of Sharbot Lake and Tara Johnston-Reeve (Maxwell) of Kingston; his grandchildren, Harley, Hadlee, Hayden, Maddox and Finley; his daughter Molly; his parents-in-law, Bryan and Joan Swartman of Trenton; his siblings-in-law, Jeff and Joannie Swartman of Madoc; his siblings, Marilyn Patrick (Floyd), Marg Gladden (Frank) and Ivan Johnston; and his caregiver Belleville. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and friends.
