We are sad to announce that, on April 13, 2022, at the age of 95, Leona Sweeney of Belleville, Ontario passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Leona Sweeney to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel Sweeney; her parents, William Bunnett and Mabel Bunnett; and her brothers, Ronald Bunnett (late Bernice) and Wayne Bunnett.

She is survived by: her daughter Wendy Carter (Mike) of Brockville; her grandchildren, Daniel Carter (Sonya) and Kylie Carter (Adam); her great grandchildren, Isla, Lochlan and Elowen; and her sister-in-law Linda Bunnett. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Canadian Cancer Society.
