She was predeceased by: her parents, Percival Backus and Sybil Backus; and her sister Elaine Walsh (Darell). She is survived by: her nieces, Michelle Tracze (Scott) and Mercedes Tullio (Glen Shorten); and her great-nephew Carmen Tullio. She is also survived by many cousins and friends.
