She was predeceased by: her parent Carl Wheeler; her husband Robert John Hanna; her granddaughter Lee-Ann Cross; her siblings, Helen McGlynn, Donald Wheeler, Edward Wheeler and Jack Wheeler; and also Parker.

She is survived by: her parent Dionysia Wheeler; her children, Robert (Sandra), James (Joan), Marcia Cross (James), Paul (Doris), Richard (Beverley), Suzanne McTaggart (Don), Margaret Johnston (Ken), Teresa Babiak (David), Michael, John and Carl; her sisters, Denise Ignas and Karleen Hicks; and her sisters-in-law, Olla Wheeler and Joan Wheeler. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren.
