We are sad to announce that, on September 2, 2021, at the age of 105, Martha Bates (Belleville, Ontario) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Martha Bates to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Treverton and Ada Treverton; her husband Harry G. Bates; and her brother Charles Treverton (late Hazel). She is survived by: her son William Franklin Bates (late Marina); her sister Hilda Denyes (late Garnet); her grandchildren, Daralyn Bates (Rob), Lesley Joiner (Marc), Bruce Bates (Connie) and Janeen Ferriss (Allan); and her great grandchildren, Eric, Isabelle, Thomas, Nolan, Lauren, Ava, Mia, Jack and Nathan.

Donations to the St. Paul's Anglican Church, Roslin or the Belleville General Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
