He is survived by: his parents, Scott Bush and Cheryl Bush; his spouse Ashley Thompson; his children, Kaleb, Jordan, Grace, Logan and Blake; and his siblings, Brian (Kelly), Melissa (Ryan), Jennifer (Kevin), Megan (Stacy), Chandra (Alf), Kyle and Katy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as his military family and friends.
