He was predeceased by: his grandparents, George Staikos, Dina Staikos and Ross Brummell; his uncles, Angelo Staikos and Angelo Drosopoulos; and his aunt Garlyne Brummell.

He is survived by: his parents, Nick and Gale; his brother George; his sister-in-law Christina; his nieces and nephews, Nicholas, Julia and Andrew; his grandmother Fern Brummell; his aunts and uncles, Aspa, Dimitra, Kathy (Larry), Chris (Jackie), Gary (Janet), Grant (Sharon), Glenda (John), Gord and Guy; and also, Evangeline Giannoulis, Vana (Peter), Nina, Jimmy, Dena (Joe), Nitsa (Darryl), Anna (James), Nadia (Mike), Angelo, Christopher, David (Christy), Michael (Nikki), John, Darren, Tressa (Steve) and Henley.
