We are sad to announce that on April 27, 2026, at the age of 78, Morris Thompson of Belleville, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Morris leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Morris may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Thompson and Mabel Thompson; and his sister Bertha Dean (late Jim). He is survived by: his siblings, Phyliss Elliott (late Harold), Patricia Ashley (late Bernard), Sandra Vilneff (late Harold), Barbara Vilneff (Gene) and Brian Thompson (April).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rushnell Funeral Homes - Belleville (80 Highland Ave, Belleville, ON K8P3R4). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
