He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carman Milligan and Maude Milligan; his spouse Shirley Milligan; his sons, Paul Milligan (Audrey) of Parry Sound, Brian Milligan (Karen) of Marysville and Scott Milligan (Juls Sherman) of Napanee; his siblings, Betty Latchford (Wilf), Bill Milligan (late Evelyn), Barb Weese (late Jack) of Napanee, Helen McCambridge (Ambrose) of Marysville, Joan Walsh (late Gerrard) of Shannonville and Carman Milligan (Pauline) of Deseronto; and his grandchildren, Morgan, Jenna, Luke and Arden.
