He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Linda; his parents, James Barron (Jim) and Madeline Barron of Stirling; his children, Scott Barron of Belleville, Mark Barron (Crystal) of Belleville, Amy Williamson (Dorian) of Cobourg and Stacey Toste (Robert) of Cobourg; his grandchildren, Taylor, Nora and Madeline; and his siblings, Joan Dolson of Toronto and James Barron of Stirling. He was also cherished by his nieces, nephews, and many friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, February 8th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Stirling Legion.
