He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Fitzpatrick and Joan Fitzpatrick; and his sibling Frankie. He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his children, Chanse (Sara), Bonnie and Shawn; his grandchildren, Max, Eli, Blakely, Isaiah, Ty, Jacob, Tayah, Frankie, Gavin, Justice, Shyler and Gunner; and his siblings, Billy, Debbie, Gerard, Anne and Charlie. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
